শীতকালে দাও দেখা
হলুদ বর্ণ নিয়ে,
তোমায় দেখে অশ্রুত আঁখিও
যায় যেন জুড়িয়ে,
রাতে যখন শিশির কণা-
পড়ে তোমার গায়
ভোরের শিশির আবার যেন
তোমার চরণ ছোঁয়ায়;
রোদের স্পর্শ পেয়ে তুমি-
জাগো নতুন করে
প্রকৃতিটা শোভা পায়
তোমার বর্ণ ধরে,
হলুদ প্রদীপ হয়ে তুমি-
দিনে থাকো তুমি জ্বেলে,
তাইতো প্রতি বছরই যেন
তোমার দেখা মেলে।
এপাড় ওপাড় থাকো ফুটে
নদীর দু’টি কূল,
তুমিই যেন হলদে রাণী
তুমিই শর্ষেফুল।।
