জাতীয় সংসদে আজ ৬টি সংসদীয় স্থায়ী কমিটি পুর্নগঠন করা হয়েছে।
সংসদ নেতা প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার পক্ষে চিফ হুইপ নূর-ই- আলম চৌধুরী সংসদে এ কমিটিগুলোর পুর্নগঠনের প্রস্তাব আনলে তা কন্ঠ ভোটে অনুমোদন দেয়া হয়।
পুর্নগঠিত কমিটিগুলো হচ্ছে, পরিবেশ, বন ও জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মন্ত্রণালয় সম্পর্কিত স্থায়ী কমিটি, বস্ত্র ও পাট মন্ত্রণালয় সম্পর্কিত স্থায়ী কমিটি, পানি সম্পদ মন্ত্রণালয় সম্পর্কিত স্থায়ী কমিটি, স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় সম্পর্কিত স্থায়ী কমিটি, সমাজকল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয় সম্পর্কিত স্থায়ী কমিটি এবং মহিলা ও শিশু বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয় সম্পর্কিত স্থায়ী কমিটি।
এছাড়া আজ সংসদে এনার্জী রেগুলেটরি কমিশনের ২০১৯-২০ অর্থবছরের বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন এবং আর্থিক বিবরণী উপস্থাপন করা হয়। বিদ্যুৎ, জ্বালানি ও খনিজ সম্পদ প্রতিমন্ত্রী নসরুল হামিদ এ প্রতিবেদন দু’টি উপস্থাপন করেন।
